At WhisperKOOL, we have created a ceiling-mounted split system evaporator because we want you to experience KOOL without seeing it. Cellar contractors have asked for a design that does not take away from the racking capacity and is virtually invisible in the cellar. Utilizing our ceiling-mounted evaporator has many benefits: It offers excellent efficiency by drawing in the warmer air, which accumulates at the ceiling, cools and disperses the air throughout the environment, allows for maximum racking space, and is virtually invisible in the cellar. Designed with the highest quality, professional-grade parts for longevity and performance, the Mini Ceiling Mount also offers ease of installation and accessibility.

*PLEASE NOTE: WhisperKOOL does not provide smart thermostat. By selecting the 24V Thermostat Conversion Kit, you have acknowledged that the system will not be built with the standard WhisperKOOL control or liquid measuring bottle probe. You will have to source and purchase your own 24V smart thermostat to run the equipment. The WhisperKOOL Customer Satisfaction Team does not provide technical support for smart thermostats.

The BTU/h value range shown here is a theoretical number. There are often circumstances under which a cellar design may require a larger unit due to variables not accounted for in the formula. For example, these variables could be building materials (such as glass, stone, concrete, etc.) which do not offer the insulation capacity required to maintain the optimal cellar environment. We recommend purchasing a unit with a larger capacity to compensate for these unaccounted-for variables. An undersized unit can lead to premature failure and will most likely prevent the cellar from reaching your desired temperature.
Warranty

Product Warranty for Split System Units
A limited 2-year product warranty with up to an additional (1) year grace period for installation is offered with all split systems. While the warranty starts at the date of purchase, this warranty is not activated until a Product Warranty Checklist has been submitted and approved by WhisperKOOL.

The checklist may either by submitted online or you mail download and email the checklist to warranty@whisperkool.com.
